KPMG Names NuTech Solutions as One of North Carolina's Top High-Tech Companies

Charlotte-Based Technology Company Leads Industry Group on Revenue Growth

The list of 30 leading companies compiled by KPMG included both public and private technology businesses in North Carolina. NuTech Solutions led the group in revenue growth by a large margin.

KPMG looked at the big picture in compiling the rankings, rather than a snapshot of one-year revenue growth or market value, as is the case with some other industry rankings.

"We reviewed a broad range of quantitative measures, including revenue growth, employment growth, and capital raised over a three-year period--measures we think are fundamental to evaluating the success of a high tech company," said Brad Hurrel, KPMG lead partner focusing on communication and technology industries in the Carolinas. "Though significant changes may occur over three years, our ranking takes into consideration a company's ability to realize sustained growth and success over many years."
