NuTech Solutions Names Kevin Kostuik Director of Strategic Accounts
Advanced Analytics Executive is Tapped to Deliver Business Value for Major Accounts
CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- May 7, 2003 -- NuTech Solutions, Inc., a premier provider of advanced predictive analytics and profit optimization software
products for Global 1000 companies, announced today that it has named Kevin Kostuik as Director of Strategic Accounts
Kostuik will be responsible for serving NuTech Solutions' key accounts and will also lead initiatives to establish channel partnerships and
market early-stage products.
Kostuik joins NuTech Solutions from BiosGroup, Inc. and brings with him broad experience in advanced analytics for business problems. As Manager
of Strategic Accounts at BiosGroup, a leader in applying complexity science to business problems, Kostuik was responsible for a number of the company's
most prominent Fortune 500 accounts. He led BiosGroup's sales and marketing efforts in the energy sector and played a key role in taking BiosGroup's
project portfolio management offering to market. Kostuik's industry experience includes energy, industrial gases, automotive, pharmaceuticals and
technology. In February, 2003, NuTech Solutions acquired the software development and consulting operations of BiosGroup.

With degrees in Engineering Physics and Computer Science, Kostuik joined BiosGroup as a scientist focused on analyzing and improving supply
chain flow in the consumer products industry. His academic background includes research in subatomic physics and adaptive, market-based control
systems. Kostuik's background has enabled him to collaborate with Fortune 500 executives to capitalize on the business opportunities created by
adaptive systems technology.
