The MCN library, developed over the last eighteen years and continuously updated, represents everything that a health care system hospital might need. MCN had historically sold each of these policy manuals individually to specific hospital departments, such as the laboratory, administration, and obstetrics, through mail order. Now, the entire set of over 16,000 policies and procedures templates is available via prepackaged software managed by Policy Manager technology developed by MCN partner Compliance 360. MCN is reselling the Policy Manager product from Compliance 360 under MCN’s own brand, since MCN is already so well known as a policies and procedures vendor in the health care market. The Policy Manager product from MCN manages health care provider policies through the Compliance 360 software and includes MCN’s complete electronic library of policy templates. As such, the solution offers health care providers a complete, all-digital platform for policy management.
