IT Security Vendor Taps Industry Veteran to Lead Sales Generation Activities and Manage the Customer Acquisition Process

While there, he developed the go-to-market strategy related to the company's commercial activities including sales, marketing and business development. Before Q1 Labs, Walker was director of partner development and alliances for Internet Security Systems (ISS). At ISS, he developed strategic relationships with some of the world's largest consultancies, system integrators and telecommunication companies to deliver security products and services into the global marketplace.

These positions followed twenty years of senior sales, business development and marketing management experience where Walker built extensive relationships with Fortune 1000 end-users, major software developers, computer system manufacturers, international distributors, regional Bell operating companies, mobile telephone manufacturers, and large consultancy firms.
